This is one of All You Can Eat restaurant. Besides the pre-cooked various selections, there are order-to-cook section where you select the meat, fish and vegetable; the cook will prepare the dish right in front of you.




















This stall provide you the traditional noodle in a small bowl.





Dessert section is where you wish you did not eat so much that you have no room left for it.

These are shots from Feng Chia Night Market in Taichung, Taiwan. It has more than 1500 stalls and is claimed to be the largest night market in Taiwan. 40,000 to 50,000 people visit the market everyday; more during weekends.





Food/drink stands, gracious stores, restaurants, were established along Wen-hua road (thus the night market is also called Wenhua night market), then expanding to Fengjia road, Fushin road, Xian street etc.

Stinky tofu is one of the best dish in the night market. The more it smells; the better its favor. There is blue cheese in the western; there is stinky tofu in the estern.
