Honey Apple
This is the Japanese-breed honey apple. It is so sweet and you can actually see the trace of honey in the apple. Cost around A$1.00 per apple.

Fruit Kingdom - Taiwan
Taiwan is the fruit kingdom. If you go to a fruit market in Taiwan, you will be overwhelmed by variety of fruit displayed.

One of All You Can Eat Restaurant
This is one of All You Can Eat restaurant. Besides the pre-cooked various selections, there are order-to-cook section where you select the meat, fish and vegetable; the cook will prepare the dish right in front of you.
This stall provide you the traditional noodle in a small bowl.
Dessert section is where you wish you did not eat so much that you have no room left for it.

Traditional Rice Huller
Rice Huller is a machine to remove chaffs, the outer husks of the grain. After this process, the rice is called brown rice. This process may be continued, removing the germ and the rest of the husk, called the bran at this point, creating white rice.

Yuanshan Grand Hotel
The Grand Hotel (a.k.a. Yuanshan Grand Hotel) is a famous landmark located atop a hill overlooking Taipei City, Taiwan. It hosts to many foreign dignitaries that have visited Taipei. (Built in 1973.)

Church near the Sun Moon Lake
Sun Moon Lake is the largest lake in Taiwan and a popular tourist attraction. The lake is located 748 meters above sea level. With its surrounding countryside, it have been designated one of thirteen national scenes in Taiwan.

Night Market - Scene
These are shots from Feng Chia Night Market in Taichung, Taiwan. It has more than 1500 stalls and is claimed to be the largest night market in Taiwan. 40,000 to 50,000 people visit the market everyday; more during weekends.
Food/drink stands, gracious stores, restaurants, were established along Wen-hua road (thus the night market is also called Wenhua night market), then expanding to Fengjia road, Fushin road, Xian street etc.

Taiwan's street food is perhaps the most famous one in Chinese culture. Most Popular ones include fried stinky tofu, oyster pancakes and rice cakes made of pork blood. There are also many new inventions, including this one - Big Sausage with Small Sausage. You will have to try it!

Night Market - Stinky Tofu
One of things I miss mostly is the FOOD in Taiwan, especially the food stalls in the night market.

Stinky tofu is one of the best dish in the night market. The more it smells; the better its favor. There is blue cheese in the western; there is stinky tofu in the estern.
